6. Course are strictly to be used by one person and cannot be shared

Please note that a separate booking fee is not required when paying for a course however should you fail to give 24 hours’ notice when cancelling/rescheduling a treatment (and in line with our Booking Policy), £10 will be deducted from your initial payment and will be required to be repaid prior to receiving your final treatment.
8. Should you need to cancel your course mid-way through, we will be happy for you to use your remaining balance towards other treatments, however these will be charged at full price. If you would prefer, a refund will be given but please note that the previous treatments will be charged at full price before the remaining balance is paid to you.
