CHOICE OF LASERS
We can offer you the EXACT laser needed to treat your skin type safely and effectively. We have not one, not two but THREE (Alexandrite 755nm, Diode 810nm and ND YAG 1054nm) lasers that we can select from. Not to be confused with triple wavelength technology where you get exposure to all 3 wavelengths, two of which will not be required and may produce poor results.
HONESTY.
We won't be making any bold claims of clearing your hair within a certain time frame or amount of sessions. Yes, it would be lovely if we could promise you hair free skin in 6 sessions or less but there are too many factors that may lead to you being disappointed - and that is the last thing we want!
KNOWLEDGE.
We have undergone FOUR training courses, one of which was with a Physicist who has over 30 years laser experience, to ensure we can offer you the best techniques whilst remaining safe at all times. Also, because laser is a science where techniques can change, we attend yearly laser seminars to make sure our knowledge is up to date.
CONSISTENCY.
Unlike many laser clinics where you will see a different technician at each visit, here you will see the same person EVERY time. This ensures that your treatment is performed correctly and to the same high standard every time. Your treatment settings along with any pre and post treatment observations are recorded during every treatment to help us identify if any changes to your treatment are required.
NON JUDGEMENTAL.
We have been in the industry for over 20 years and have seen many different people of every size, shape and nationality. We understand that it can be daunting to get parts of or your entire body out on show and feel the exact same way when its out turn to enjoy treatments, however, you will not be judged for your size, shape, ethnicity, hairiness, tattoos, dry skin, scars...you name it, it doesn't matter at all to us. We love you for you!
SAFETY & CARE.
Each laser journey begins with a thorough consultation. If it is safe to go ahead, we then perform a patch test on the same day. This is done in the area that you require treating and is to assess how the skin reacts to laser light. If you require any further areas treating, a further patch test is performed in that area. During the consultation process we make sure you are aware of any complications that may arise and also provide you with take-home information on how to care for your skin pre and post treatment. Our lasers are also ice tipped with AW3 Crystal Freeze technology to assist with comfort during your treatment and to take any heat out of the skin which may increase the risk of complications. We also use ice packs pre treatment for added comfort so we can get the energy as high as possible to destroy the germ cell and post treatment to remove any excess heat caused by the laser. Post treatment we apply our 99% Aloe Vera gel to calm and soothe, which can also be purchased from us for £11.99.
